Belinda Orduna joined United Way of Denton County as the Bilingual Family Child Care Coordinator in July 2020. Belinda holds an Associates Degree in Hospitality Management from North Lake College, Irving, TX. She grew up in Cancun, Q. Roo, Mexico and has lived in Texas for 18 years. Belinda has vast experience in both Hospitality Management and Early Childhood Education. Belinda is passionate about social work and Early Childhood Education and has worked in different preschool programs for eight years. She was able to interact, learn and grow her experience with Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers and Pre-K. She has worked traditional, Montessori, faith-based and Reggio Emilia programs. Belinda and her husband have three children. Belinda enjoys spending time with her kids playing board games, doing crafts, reading, yoga, and cooking. Belinda and her family are proud adoptive parents of two dogs and a turtle.
