Employee Giving Campaigns

United Way of Denton County’s Annual Giving Campaign is vital as we work together to build a better Denton County for all of us. Our efforts and continued progress wouldn’t be possible without you and the indispensable leadership you provide.

Why Run a United Way of Denton County Employee Giving Campaign?

A Purpose Beyond Profit

Workplace employee giving campaigns account for 90% of our funds raised. This business-to-business model has a 65+ year legacy of impactful results in Denton County. Workplace employee giving campaigns enable your employees to give easily via payroll deduction, donating as little or as much as desired from each paycheck.

Real Impact

Every donation makes an impact. $3/week provides basic household items for a family rapidly rehoused after a crisis. $5/week provides 17 backpacks filled with school supplies for a student to start the school year ready to learn. Change doesn’t happen alone. As an employer, take pride in knowing your workforce's donation has real impact in our community. When your employees step up to give, real change happens for neighbors in need.

Want to see our impact across Denton County and in your community?

Understanding Needs & Sharing Resources

We want to engage and educate your employees to the needs of the growing North Texas community. In addition to providing your employees with a tangible way to support the community, United Way employee giving campaigns also educate them to available resources throughout the county to address both short-term and long-term needs for both person and family.

United Way Support

We want to help! Our volunteers and staff stand ready to supply:

  • Public speakers to share how your donations to United Way of Denton County impact our community
  • Informational brochures, posters and materials
  • Items like our t-shirts to show you LIVE UNITED
  • Additional help as needed or desired!
