Southwest Airlines Ticket Raffle
Benefitting United Way of Denton County, Inc.
Official Rules:
- Raffle ticket purchase is necessary to enter or win. The purchase is $25 each ticket or $100 for (5) five tickets.
- Eligibility: You are eligible to win if you are a legal resident of the United States and are 18 years of age or older on 1/28/2023.
- Timing: The raffle begins at 9:30 am Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Wednesday, 1/25/2023 and ends at the conclusion of the 11th annual United Tribute on the evening of Saturday, 1/28/2023. We will notify the winner by text message based on the information provided by the ticket holder in the Give Smart online bidding platform. The winner must come forward and accept the prize no later than Friday, 2/3/2023. The winning ticket will become void at 12:01 pm CDT February 3, 2023 if not claimed prior to this date and time. Attendance is not necessary to win. To win, all contact information and payment information must be inputted correctly and accurately, or the raffle entry will be void. If the winning ticket is not claimed by February 3, 2023, the ticket holder's exclusive remedy is a refund of $25.00.
- How To Enter: You may purchase tickets on the Give Smart bidding platform provided for the 11th Annual United Tribute to be held on Saturday, 1/18/2020. No physical tickets will be distributed. No cash or check will be accepted. The Give Smart bidding platform will determine the winner through a random algorithm. No refunds will be given except as set forth herein on paragraph 3.
- The raffle benefits United Way of Denton County, Inc. a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization whose address is 1314 Teasley Lane, Denton, Texas 76205. United Way of Denton County has granted specific authority to the Give Smart bidding platform to conduct the raffle using its (UWDC) trademarks and authority.
