COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT 📊
We research, collate, and publish full reports every five years to determine Denton County’s highest-priority needs. Annual reassessments update the data to ensure accuracy.

We navigate people in crisis to resources through a local helpline, online database, and local resource directories to connect those in need with service providers in Denton County.

This Team works to increase financial capabilities and earning potential for working families in Denton County to move them from survival to stability.

We collate resources to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers with local job listings, useful interview tips, and workforce guidance.
HOMELESSNESS BARRIERS FUND 💸
This fund reduces barriers to housing by increasing resources of nonprofits working with Denton County families to promote housing stability and self-sufficiency.
HOMELESSNESS DATA 📉
We collate and analyze Coordinated Entry data from a county-wide network of shelters and service providers, as well as the annual one-day homeless population census, to better understand the nature of homelessness.
HOMELESSNESS POINT-IN-TIME COUNT 📉
This annual survey to count Denton County’s unsheltered and sheltered homeless on one night to better understand the nature of homelessness.
LANDLORD ENGAGEMENT 🔑
We centralize communication between landlords and housing service agencies to increase access to safe and affordable housing for Denton County households in crisis.
PARTNER AGENCIES & NETWORK OF NONPROFITS 👏
We holistically support a network of Denton County’s finest nonprofits to increase efficiencies and eliminate redundancies to better meet people’s needs.
VETERAN FINANCIAL STABILITY PROGRAM 🎖️
We support eligible Veterans, their surviving spouses, and dependents in crisis with rental and utility assistance, transportation, and dental emergencies.
VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE (VITA) 💰
We guide community volunteers thru IRS training to provide free tax preparation to seniors and low and moderately-low income families.
