Grace Smith

Grace Smith joined our staff in November 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership Studies from the University of North Texas, where she built a strong foundation in community engagement, program coordination, and service leadership. Throughout her time at UNT, Grace was actively involved in volunteering with several nonprofits across Denton, gaining firsthand experience in supporting diverse community needs.

Kelly Partin

Kelly joined our team in September 2025 after first serving as an applied research intern during her master’s program at the University of North Texas, where she was a non-traditional, first-generation student. As an applied medical and organizational anthropologist, Kelly loves constructing meaning from data in all its forms, whether from spreadsheets, field notes, or the lived experiences of community members and partners.
