Juli Miller-Kimball is an experienced grant writer and public management professional with extensive experience across public sector, nonprofit, and education settings. Working in metropolitan and rural communities throughout Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, she has developed a strong commitment to collaborative problem solving and strategic investment to strengthen families and communities.
Juli has served in elected and appointed public education leadership roles, nonprofit board positions, and business leadership. She has worked within state and local government agencies, K 12 and higher education institutions, and nonprofit organizations, leading funding strategy, compliance, and program implementation that delivers measurable outcomes.
Juli holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies, a Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management. She relocated to Denton County, Texas, with her husband and their two dogs to begin this next chapter of semi-retirement. She enjoys traveling, reading, and time with family. She is excited to bring her experience and passion for community-centered work to our team at United Way of Denton County.
