Grace Smith joined our staff in November 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership Studies from the University of North Texas, where she built a strong foundation in community engagement, program coordination, and service leadership. Throughout her time at UNT, Grace was actively involved in volunteering with several nonprofits across Denton, gaining firsthand experience in supporting diverse community needs.
During her undergraduate studies, Grace also served as a Program Coordinator for Portfolio Resident Services (PRS), supporting youth, families, and seniors in affordable housing communities. In this role, she planned and facilitated workshops, resource events, youth programs, and community activities, further strengthening her skills in relationship building, event coordination, volunteer management, and direct service.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys staying active outdoors, watching sports, spending time with friends, and playing board games.
