Project Blueprint is designed to train qualified volunteers to become quality board members of UWDC and/or its partner agencies. The training will consist of a series of meetings where the following areas will be taught:

• Governance
• Board and Agency Relations
• Operations of the Board
• Finance
• Fundraising/Marketing

Each module taught will be presented by an expert in that field, and will consist of group exercises and a test.

Each graduate of Project Blueprint will be placed for service with UWDC or introduced to an agency that matches their interests and passion.
