Project Blueprint: Board Leadership Training

Project Blueprint is the premiere Board Leadership Training program in Denton County. Charitable Non-Profits are in constant need of high-quality volunteer board members from their local community. Attend our 9-week course and you'll be ready to serve our community as a highly capable non-profit board member.

Each class is taught by one or more experts in the field, featuring an interactive class experience that will teach you everything a volunteer board member needs to know about such topics as Board Governance, Strategic Planning, Fundraising, Marketing, and much more. At the end of the course, you will receive a plaque recognizing your achievement as well as an introduction to a number of local non-profit boards seeking volunteer board members.
