“I am grateful to and proud of the individuals in Denton County who have answered the call of service to advance the common good through participation in their individual workplace campaigns through payroll deduction, cash gifts, and/or special events,” said Mary Ann McDuff, UWDC Board Chair. “My heartfelt and personal thanks go to those who continue to contribute to United Way in record numbers and amounts.”
Because of the generosity shown throughout this year’s campaign, United Way’s 25 partner agencies will continue to provide a variety of services to residents throughout Denton County, including child and senior care, emergency rent and utility assistance, food, clothing and crisis counseling.
United Way of Denton County is working to advance the common good by focusing on education, income and health – the building blocks for a good life. Through the work of our partner agencies, it is our goal to: help families have financial stability, build healthy communities and help children and youth achieve their potential.
